Principal

Ms Caroline Diane Ross joined Springfields High School in June 2018 as the Headmistress. She is a postgraduate in commerce with 17 years of teaching and administrative experience at different levels in some of the best schools in the city. During her career she has mentored and monitored students and teachers, organised and accompanied them on domestic and international trips and conducted various competitive exams like NEET, JEE, CTET, AISSE, AISSCE, UPSC. Some of her significant achievements include gold medal for highest marks in French and Commerce; Certificate of Recognition for Excellence in Education from Ministry of HRD, Govt of India; Secured 3rd prize in All India Essay Writing Competition for Teachers by VIVA Education; Regional 5th Rank and All India 48th Rank at CENTA Teachers' Olympiad 2015, 49th Rank in 2017 and 23rd Rank in 2018.
